Single-use plastics have been significantly reduced across operations, replaced by sustainable alternatives. Organic waste from our kitchens and gardens is composted and reused in our on-site organic farms, creating a closed-loop system. Paper and cardboard are recycled through certified vendors, and all waste streams are carefully monitored to ensure minimal environmental impact. Through these efforts, we aim not only to reduce landfill contribution but also to inspire a culture of conscious consumption among guests and staff.
