Catering - Preferred Vendors Rates: Fridays and Saturdays: 8 AM to 5 PM (or 9 AM - 6 PM): $450 5 PM to 11 PM: $500 8 AM to 11 PM: $700 Shorter periods of time or additional time before or after these windows can be arranged for $75 per hour. Guests who rent The Dogwood Room for an entire day (8 AM to 11 PM) may move some of their hours to the day prior, providing the room is available. This option is a wonderful opportunity for brides to decorate the day before their wedding day. Sundays through Thursdays: 8 AM to 5 PM: $375 5 PM to 11 PM: $400 8 AM to 11 PM: $600 Shorter periods of time or additional time before or after these windows can be arranged for $65 per hour.
