Group cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival or failure to comply with attrition clause results in cancellation fee being calculated as a percentage of lost revenue. Individual cancellation is 24 hours prior to arrival.

Check-in time: 3 pm Check-out time: 11 am This is a smoke-free hotel. Dogs and cats accepted. Rooms with pets will be charged a daily fee of $50 per room plus tax. Service animals are free of charge. Limit of two pets per room with a combined weight of 80 pounds. On-site covered parking: $23 per night plus tax, may be higher during special events. Limit 1 vehicle per reservation. Parking garage clearance is 6'6"; large pickup trucks may not fit in garage. Cargo and 15-passenger vans will not fit. Please check with hotel for details. For guests who are not staying overnight, there are several parking garages located within 1 block of the hotel. Tour Buses must have a permit from the city to park.
