About us

Designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Whitney Warren in 1919. From its inception, the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel was created for those who wish to experience a luxurious oceanfront getaway while having the city at their feet. Comprised of three interconnected buildings: the original Spanish Revival building dates back to 1919 and it has been meticulously renovated to its original shine. The original building is framed by two brand new Towers with plenty of options of ocean front rooms and suites. The meeting space offers over 25,000 square feet out ocean view space and over 10,000 square feet of outdoor space. It has been equipped with modern technology while staying true to its original grand style. Most of the meeting space has an entire ocean front glass wall overlooking the ocean and plenty of natural light. The location of the hotel simplifies group travel by being 5 minutes from the SJU airport, within the city and on the beach. Attractions such as Old San Juan and the San Juan Convention Center are a very short drive away (one mile to Convention Center and four miles to Old San Juan)..
