Verizon Wireless provides the best cellular service at the resort. As a courtesy to all of our guests, cell phone use is discouraged in public indoor or outdoor areas. Internet Access and Use of Electronic Devices During your stay at Ojo Santa Fe, we encourage you to make mindful choices when using technology. Internet service is available 24/7 in your accommodations. Do you have TVs and DVD players in the rooms? To help promote optimal relaxation, our rooms do not feature televisions. You can request an internet service television monitor at time of reservation. Special Needs and ADA Due to the natural environment at Ojo Santa Fe and the nature of experiential activities, guests should be comfortable outdoors and be able to navigate uneven ground, diverse terrain, multiple stairs, and varied weather conditions. We provide ADA access throughout the resort including guest rooms and casitas. Please discuss any special needs with our reservations team. Pets Currently, we allow only service dogs at Ojo Santa Fe. Additional cleaning fees may apply. We are not able to accommodate other pets at this time. Dining and Special Diets Please discuss any dietary requirements with our reservations team and our culinary team will make every effort to accommodate requests.
Cancellation Policy
STANDARD GROUP CANCELLATION (negotiable) 0 - 30 days prior to Group Arrival Date = 100% of estimated guestrooms & F&B revenues 31 - 60 days prior to Group Arrival Date = 90% of estimated guestrooms & F&B revenues 61 - 90 days prior to Group Arrival Date = 80% of estimated guestrooms & F&B revenues 91 - 180 days prior to Group Arrival Date = 70% of estimated guestrooms & F&B revenues 180+ days prior to Group Arrival Date = 50% of estimated guestrooms & F&B revenues INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION CANCELLATION 50% of lodging due at time of reservation . If you must cancel, deposits will be fully refunded up to 7 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations within 7 days, the deposit is forfeited.
