The following are the carbon offsetting options offered by Marriott International & Salterra: ● Customer Choice (customer pays) - Customer purchases carbon offset through Marriott's climate collaborator, South Pole, or may choose their own provider. ● Seamless Service (customer pays) - Hotel purchases carbon offset on customer’s behalf and posts the cost to the customer master bill. *Note: South Pole must be used as the provider. ● Offset Included (hotel pays) - Hotel chooses to offer carbon offset as sales concession with General Manager and Finance Leader approval.
