Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Gamer's Den: We understand that circumstances may arise leading to the cancellation of your reservation at Gamer's Den. To ensure a transparent and fair process, the following cancellation policy is in effect: Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request. The refund amount will be issued through the original payment method. Rescheduling: Whenever possible, we encourage clients to consider rescheduling rather than canceling. We are happy to work with you to find alternative dates. Force Majeure: Gamer's Den understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will work collaboratively to find a suitable resolution. Communication: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to J.Sparrow@test.com. Please include the booking details and reason for cancellation.
