Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Should the event be canceled, CBBC may experience monetary losses, which would be difficult to calculate. Therefore, in the event the client cancels, the client will forfeit any deposits or payments made to CBBC plus charges stated below as a liquidated damage fee, as follows: 0-30 days following Initial Deposit, CBBC will retain 10% of deposit. After 30 days: CBBC will retain 100% of initial deposit. 90 days or less from event date: CBBC will retain all deposits and charge client 75% of estimated banquet total. 45 days or less from event date: CBBC will retain all deposits and charge client 100% of estimated banquet total. CBBC will make every reasonable effort to re-book the venue upon receipt of written cancellation notice. Should CBBC successfully re-book and execute another event for the cancelled date, the following will occur: 1) if payment for the executed event is of a lesser value, CBBC will refund all deposits, less the initial deposit and the difference. 2) Should the payment for the executed event be greater than the originally contracted event, CBBC will refund all deposits less the initial deposit.
