Between 89 - 60 days - In case the event is cancelled within this period, the 25% of the whole of the reserved space per day (rooms, meeting rooms and food and beverage) will be invoiced as cancellation expenses. In this period, the 75% of the services contracted per day (rooms, meeting rooms and food and beverage) can be cancelled without any charge. Between 59 - 30 days - In case the event is cancelled within this period, the 50% of the whole of the reserved space per day (rooms, meeting rooms and food and beverage) will be invoiced as cancellation expenses. In this period, the 50% of the services contracted per day (rooms, meeting rooms and food and beverage) can be cancelled without any charge. Between 29 - 7 days - In case the event is cancelled within this period, the 80% of the whole of the reserved space per day (rooms, meeting rooms and food and beverage) will be invoiced as cancellation expenses. Within this period, the 20% of the services contracted per day (rooms, meeting rooms and food and beverage) can be cancelled without any charge. Less than 7 days - In this period, any reduction will be accepted.
