About us
The Brown Trout is located in the beautiful Weald of Kent, and is very close to Scotney Castle, Lamberhurst Vineyards and Bewl Water. It is within easy traveling distance of Sissinghurst Castle Gardens, Bedgebury Pinetum and Gardens and Batemans. The elegant spa town of Tunbridge Wells with its famous Pantiles are about five miles away. At the centre of the pub there is a large log fire. Why not enjoy a relaxing drink and sample our traditional bar menu. Our restaurant which is open everyday has an a la carte menu and everyday we aim to create special dishes sourced from local suppliers. You can watch the latest sporting (including Football, Rugby, Tennis and Racing) or other event on our discreet SKY TV in our more modern bar area. Our flexible and adaptable Conference room can be used as a private dining room, as well as the ideal place to hold meetings and conferences.
