The Residence "Lorenzo da Viterbo" is a new building situated a short walk from the historical centre of Viterbo, the Tuscia University, the motor racing track "Circuito Internazionale di Viterbo," and the Terme di Papi. It is ideal for students, University lecturers and for people visiting Viterbo on business. The Residence Hotel "Lorenzo da Viterbo" has 35 modern, comfortable rooms which have the following facilities: video entry intercom, electronic key card entry, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet connection, LCD television, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven.
