Elegance and style matched by excellent facilities and historic location make Macdonald Windsor Hotel a remarkable conference venue. Just a stone’s throw from Windsor Castle, 4 Star Macdonald Windsor is less than five minutes’ walk to Windsor Central Station, a couple more to Royal Windsor and Eton Riverside. London is just over an hour away by rail. Travelling by road is easy, just 10 minutes from J6 on the M4, while Heathrow and Gatwick are only 15 minutes and 55 minutes away. OUR FACILITIES Beyond the modern townhouse façade you’ll find excellent conference facilities for up to 140 delegates, with seven beautifully styled meeting rooms that offer all you could need your event. The large Castle Suite can be divided to provide two rooms, with drop down screen and speakers available to aid your presentation. Likewise the St Georges Suite can be configured to suit your needs, from 70 people to 35 in classroom setting. The air conditioned, naturally lit rooms benefit from free and unlimited WiFi. When the working day is done, there are 120 contemporary and luxurious bedrooms, and the opportunity to refuel at Caleys Brasserie. Pre-booked parking is available. There's a range of opportunities for team building or corporate away days, from a round of golf, a barbecue by the river or a creative workshop.

We are working to reduce single use plastics and our target is to eliminate where practicably possible. For example, we have removed all single use plastic bottles from our entire hotel and installed water dispensers and jugs in guest rooms.
