About us

Overlooking the expanse of Witney’s beautiful Church Green, The Fleece features in Alistair Sawday’s Pub Guide 2013. Since we took it over ten years ago it has twice been voted one of the top twenty pubs in the UK. It also appears as a pub worth visiting in the Good Pubs Guide 2014. We have a private dining room called The Green Room. It seats up to 22 comfortably, and up to 30 for bespoke parties. The Green Room is great for working too. It has internet access and a flat screen TV – great for presentations or offering clients and colleagues the opportunity to watch great sporting occasions live, with great food and drink too.
