Política de cancelación

El aviso de cancelación por escrito debe enviarse al coordinador del evento (el «Aviso de cancelación»). Si el CLIENTE cancela el evento más de sesenta (60) días antes de la fecha programada para el mismo, 20 F Street NW Conference Center devolverá todas las tarifas y depósitos recibidos del CLIENTE, excepto el depósito no reembolsable de reserva de espacio de alquiler para el evento. Si el CLIENTE cancela el Evento entre sesenta (60) y treinta (30) días antes de la fecha programada, el CLIENTE perderá la depósito de reserva de espacio para eventos no reembolsable, así como el 50% de cualquier otra tarifa y depósito presentado para otros servicios. Si el CLIENTE cancela el Evento dentro de los treinta (30) días o menos de la fecha programada, el CLIENTE perderá todas las tarifas y depósitos recibidos. 20F no podrá cancelar unilateralmente el contrato sin causa.
