Se compone de dos encantadores edificios de la Belle Epoque que comparten el mismo patio interior. Las fachadas del Hotel Grimaldi evocan la elegancia de la Belle Epoque, pero la decoración de sus habitaciones es de lo más contemporánea. El hotel ofrece 46 habitaciones y junior suites con aire acondicionado y decoradas de forma individual. Dos grandes salones ofrecen desayuno y merienda.
