La Mansion House es la residencia oficial del alcalde de Newcastle upon Tyne y, con el amable permiso de los fideicomisarios, está disponible para alquiler privado para eventos corporativos, bodas y ocasiones privadas. La Mansión House puede alojar cómodamente hasta 80 personas para un servicio y una comida sentada. No se requieren números mínimos al reservar el lugar. Para eventos más grandes, las carpas para fiestas se pueden colocar en el césped delantero o trasero, con capacidad para 80 personas para una ceremonia de boda y 200 para una comida con asiento.
