With 228 rooms, 3 restaurants and 2 bars, the hotel offers the ideal conditions for your event. This property is home to the largest congress centre in the Algarve and one of the largest in the Iberian Peninsula. Total group/ event cancelation The Client will communicate any cancelations to the Hotel Group Coordination Team in writing, to which the following rules will apply: - Between the signature date to 270 days prior the group arrival date: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 20% of the estimated total revenue. - Between 269 and 180 days prior to the date of arrival of the group The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 30% of the estimated total revenue. - Between 179 and 120 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 70% of the estimated total revenue. - Between 119 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 90% of the estimated total revenue. - Less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 100% of the estimated total revenue.
