Upon entering the restaurant, guests have a panoramic view of the dining room featuring an open kitchen window to showcase our gaucho chefs at the churrasqueria grill. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The El Segundo location features a white Carrara Market Table and an open churrasco grill showcasing our gaucho chefs practicing the culinary art of churrasco: expertly butchering, fire-roasting, and carving meats tableside. This location also features a stylish marble exterior, soaring windows, modern chandeliers, natural wood paneling and rich furnishing colors that pay homage to our Brazilian heritage.
