Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal with its one hundred views onto the Grand Canal, the romantic stretch of water lined with magnificent palaces and their thousand reflections and colors is located in a truly unique location which makes this elegant hotel the perfect option for an unforgettable holiday discovering Venice – a magic, timeless city. For conferences and meetings we can provide the “Galileo” room, fitted with update equipment and capable of holding up to 60 people. Elegant and welcoming, the Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal has been run with passion for approximately 30 years by a Venetian family which loves to pay its guests attention, by providing them with valuable advise on how to capture the city’s true essence. Pastel shades, Venetian stuccoes, glass wall lamps made in Murano, furnishings which, while being functional, recall the glorious Serenissima epoch: these are the elements of the new hall and bar, completely mirrored on marvelous Istria stone. Right at the center of the hotel is an original glass cupola creating light effects which highlight its sophistication. In the heart of our building there is a typical courtyard (“Patio”) over which 14 splendid rooms look. Here, our clients can enjoy a real Venetian atmosphere. Our 150 rooms are in eighteenth-century Venetian style, thus providing you with a décor typical of the most prestigious and noble mansions of Venice – and all with the added advantage of the most up-to-date facilities.
