Si le CLIENT annule l'événement plus de soixante (60) jours avant la date prévue, le 20 F Street NW Conference Center remboursera tous les frais et dépôts reçus du CLIENT, à l'exception du dépôt non remboursable pour la réservation de l'espace de location de l'événement. Si le CLIENT annule l'Événement entre soixante (60) et trente (30) jours avant la date prévue, le CLIENT perdra dépôt non remboursable pour la réservation d'un espace événementiel, ainsi que 50 % de tous les autres frais et dépôts soumis pour d'autres services. Si le CLIENT annule l'Événement dans les trente (30) jours ou moins de la date prévue, le CLIENT perdra tous les frais et dépôts reçus. 20F ne peut pas annuler unilatéralement le contrat sans motif.
