Event insurance is mandatory.
Cancellation Policy
The Renter must promptly notify Downtown Market in writing or through email if it becomes necessary to cancel event. Except in the case of cancellation resulting from a Force Majeure Condition, the 50% deposit required to reserve the event date and space will be forfeited. If Renter cancels within thirty (30) days of the event, except in the case of cancellation resulting from a Force Majeure Condition, Renter will forfeit all facility rental fees paid. Downtown Market reserves the right to cancel or deny any event if it is deemed that persons or property might be endangered and/or the event might in any way be prejudicial to others or not in the best interest of Downtown Market and/or the community and in the case of a Force Majeure Condition.
