Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Payments 1. A non-refundable 50% deposit (based on booking quote) will be due once the booking is confirmed. 2. The balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event. 3. Any extra costs that may be incurred on the day are to be settled in full on departure. Cash and credit cards are accepted (excluding American Express and Diners). Credit cards will incur a 2% service charge. Cancellation by the Clients 4. In every circumstance The Deer Park Country House Hotel must be notified in writing and will be effective on the date that the notification is received. In the event that the client cancels a confirmed booking, the following charges will be applied: 5. Less than two months’ notice 25% of total booking 6. Less than 28 days’ notice 50% of total booking 7. Less than 14 days’ notice 75% of total booking 8. Less than five working days’ notice 100% of total booking
