About us

Combining island hospitality and timeless elegance for almost a century, Halekulani has been hosting visitors to Waikiki Beach for nearly 100 years. Today its reputation for gracious hospitality, impeccable service and magnificent cuisine is unequaled on Oahu and renowned throughout the world. The story of Halekulani is in many ways the story of Waikiki itself. It begins just after the turn of the 20th century, with the construction of a small residential hotel called Hau Tree, consisting of a simple beachfront home and five tiny bungalows. Originally designed to be the ultimate vacation getaway, today's Halekulani has also become Hawaii's best location for business meetings and conventions. Our goal is to not only meet the expectations of our meeting planners, but to exceed them, with services, facilities and amenities all designed for success
