Events may be cancelled by Client without penalty up to (120) calendars days in advance of Event Date. Events cancelled by Client up to (90) calendar days in advance of Event Date will be refunded 50% of advanced deposits. Events called by client with less than 90 calendar days in advance of Event Date will forfeit all deposits unless such cancellation is due to Force Majeure.
