For meetings from 10 to 800 people, the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis-Dwtn-Union Stn offers 35 meeting rooms which provides the meeting planner with flexibility and state-of-the-art in-house audiovisual services. The hotel's premier space is the Grand Hall Ballroom which boasts over 13,605 square feet of unparalleled meeting space featuring distinctive arches, columns, glass barrel ceiling and 20-foot leaded, stained glass wagon wheel windows. The ceiling is dominated by over 3,000 square feet of original stained glass. It is like no other in the city of Indianapolis as it once served as America's first Union Station built in 1888. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and is directly connected to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium by an enclosed walkway. The hotel's convenient downtown location is only 14 miles from the Indianapolis International Airport and within easy walking distance of downtown Indianapolis' dining and entertainment district. Our Romanesque revival-style hotel boasts 273 guest rooms offering a spacious workstation, dataports, and hi-speed wireless internet capabilities. Home of the Indianapolis Colts. Lucas Oil Stadium (LOS) is a state-of-the-art, 63,000-seat, retractable roof, multi-purpose stadium featuring spectacular views of the Indianapolis skyline. In addition, the stadium has an infill playing surface, 7 locker rooms, exhibit space, meeting rooms, operable north window, dual two-level club lounges, 137 suites, retractable sideline seating, house reduction curtains, two large video boards, ribbon boards, spacious concourses, interior and exterior plaza space, 11 indoor docks, two vehicle ramps to the event level and much, much more. In 2010, LOS will be connected to the newly expanded convention center and several hotels and entertainment options by a new pedestrian connector. Tradeshows can take advantage of an indoor 30,000 square foot loading dock with 11 bays, retractable seating and operable walls to utilize up to 183,000 contiguous square feet of space. Football games can be played indoors or outdoors using the retractable roof and operable north window. The house reduction curtain system covers the entire Terrace Level seating, reducing capacity from 63,000 to approximately 41,000. Basketball and other half-house events have the option of playing in the round for up to 70,000 fans or in a much smaller configuration with a house reduction curtain system unlike any other stadium. Conventions may use the stadium for general sessions in a variety of configurations. The twelve backstage meeting rooms plus the 25,000 square foot Exhibition Hall 1 and 18,000 square foot Exhibition Hall 2 may be utilized for additional convention space. Concerts may be played indoors or outdoors in full stadium or reduced house configurations. Seating configurations range in size from 15,000-65,000.

The combined new space will make the Indiana Convention Center the nation’s 16th largest. It currently is 32nd. The Indiana Convention Center will have 566,600 square feet of exhibit space. Located at the corner of West and Maryland Streets in downtown Indianapolis, Victory Field offers a spectacular view of the Indianapolis skyline. The $20 million facility boasts many unique features including an open concourse that offers a great view of the playing field throughout the ballpark, festival-style lawn seating, and angled outfield seats that hug the foul lines. With 12,500 permanent stadium seats and room for approximately 2,000 fans in the lawn, the ballpark can comfortably accommodate crowds of 14,500. Victory Field also features 28 luxury suites, five suite-level party areas, and two large picnic areas. Victory Field represents the southwest border of White River State Park, an urban park that features numerous cultural, educational and recreational attractions including the Indianapolis Zoo & White River Gardens, the NCAA Hall of Champions, the Indiana State Museum, an IMAX theatre and the Congressional Medal of Honor Memorial. The northeast corner of White River State Park is bordered by the sprawling campus of IUPUI and its enrollment of over 30,000.
