Meeting and event spaces have limited capacity. High noise is restricted after 10:00 PM. Guests may not damage hotel property. AV equipment requests must be submitted in advance. Please note that the area is closed to traffic between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, so transportation should be planned accordingly (Besided vehicles with TURSAB doc.)
Cancellation Policy
-GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY- 1. The entire group can be cancelled up to 90 - 60 days before the group's arrival date. 2. 50% can be cancelled up to 59 - 30 days before the group's arrival date. 3. 30% can be cancelled up to 29 - 15 days before the group's arrival date. 4. 10% can be cancelled up to 14 - 7 days before the group's arrival date. 5. 5% can be cancelled up to 6 days before the group's arrival date. 6. For all cancellations made 2 days before and starting from the group's check-in date, the entire confirmed room fee (100%) will be charged. For cancellations made above the specified rates, the full confirmed room fee (100%) covering all the group's stay days will be charged.
