Partial cancelation (reductions) In case of multiple cancelations, the second and following will in any event be subject to the no-show rule above stated. The Client will communicate any cancelations to the Hotel’s Group Coordination Team in writing, to which the following rules will apply: No later than 91 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: the cancelation of up to 15% of the rooms reserved for a given date will not be subject to any penalty. Any cancelation exceeding such percentage will be charged at a rate equivalent to 50% of the daily price applicable to the rooms cancelled, multiplied by the number of overnight stays comprised in the relevant reservation. Between 90 and 31 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: the cancelation of up to 10% of the rooms reserved for a given date will not be subject to any penalty. Any cancelation exceeding such percentage will be charged at a rate equivalent to 75% of the daily price applicable to the rooms cancelled, multiplied by the number of overnight stays comprised in the relevant reservation. Between 30 and 14 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: the cancelation of up to 4 (four) rooms reserved for a given date will not be subject to any penalty. Any cancelation exceeding such number will be charged at a rate equivalent to 100% of the daily price applicable to the rooms cancelled, multiplied by the number of overnight stays comprised in the relevant reservation. 13 days or less prior to the date of arrival of the group and “No-show”: Any cancelation and/or no-show will, in any event, be charged at a rate equivalent to 100% of the daily price applicable to the rooms cancelled, multiplied by the total number of overnight stays comprised in the relevant reservation.
Additional details
With eight hectares of gardens and lakes, you will find three areas: the Club House, the suites and the villas, semi-detached houses with a privileged view of the garden or pool. As we always strive for the best experience, in 2018 the restaurant and spa were rebranded and in 2021 we renewed the interior decoration of the suites and townhouses, which are now lighter and more modern and welcoming.
