Seven days' prior notice must be given to RA prior to a change and/or cancellation of a one-time rental, and long-term licensees must provided thirty days' notice prior to a change and/or cancellation of the Rental Contract/License Agreement. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the loss of the security deposit.

For photos, visit our Facebook album. http://bit.ly/2vZzXx6 Rental Hours : Monday to Saturday: 8 a.m. - 11 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Hourly rental fees are based on residency within or outside the Reston Association boundaries. Rental fee includes use of twelve 5’ x 2.5’ rectangular tables (seat 4-6 people), three 30" round cocktail tables, one 4' round table, 80 light blue chairs, two 5' x 2.5' children's tables (seat 4-6 children) and eight dark blue children's chairs. Patrons may rent additional chairs and tables from a rental company. Reston Association can provide renters with a list of local partners available to assist with event planning, party rental supplies, catering, hotel accommodations and flowers. Additional fees and reservation details: • Security deposit - $125 (refundable) • Food & Beverage fee - $125 (non-refundable). Includes use of the pantry, including coffee/tea supplies, microwave, refrigerator, disposable cutlery. AC power is available in pantry to support caterer warming ovens. Fee is reduced to $62.50 for events that are 3 hours or less • AV Equipment (laptop, LCD TV) - $50/TV (non-refundable). Laptops wirelessly connect to 3 LCD TV monitors for presentations or slideshows. • Alcohol is permitted, and we ask that you determine whether you need an ABC license by visiting: www.abc.virginia.gov/ebanquet/public/welcome To search for availability, go to www.restonwebtrac.org and click on the Facility Rentals quick link.
