In case of total cancellation of the event at any time, 100% of the value of the contracted services will be charged and any deposits made as a prepayment will not be refunded by the hotel. Upon confirmation, any partial cancellations may be made by the CONTRACTING PARTY, subject to the following criteria: • Ninety-one (91) days prior to the event start date: Cancellation of up to twenty percent (20%) of each type of service / supply contracted will be accepted free of charge. • Sixty one (61) days in advance to ninety (90) days from the event start date: Up to fifteen percent (15%) of the cancellation of each type of service / supply contracted will be accepted free of charge. • Thirty one (31) to sixty (60) days prior to the event start date: Cancellation of up to 10% (ten percent) of each type of service / supply contracted will be accepted free of charge. • 15 (fifteen) to 30 (thirty) days prior to the event start date: cancellation of up to 5% (five percent) of each type of service / supply contracted will be accepted free of charge. • No cancellations will be accepted free of charge within fourteen (14) days from the event start date.
