After you’ve signed this booking agreement, you are only entitled to cancel the booking for all or part of the rooms by email to meetings@thesocialhub.co, against the following fees: 1 month and more prior to event date = Free Between 1 month and 14 days prior to event date = 25% Between 14 days and 10 days prior to event date = 50% Between 10 days and 7 days prior to event date = 75% Less than 7 days prior to arrival = 100%
