JW Marriott Cam Ranh actively reduces single-use plastics across guestrooms, restaurants, and operational areas in alignment with Marriott International’s global sustainability standards. Key actions include: • Elimination of plastic straws, stirrers, and takeaway utensils, with eco-friendly alternatives such as paper or biodegradable materials provided when needed. • Reduction of single-use bathroom amenities through large-format dispensers and more sustainable packaging for remaining items. • Replacement of plastic water bottles in select venues and operational areas with refillable glass options or filtered water alternatives where applicable. • Partnerships with approved suppliers offering recyclable or compostable packaging to support responsible sourcing. Additional initiatives continue to evolve as we expand waste-reduction programs across guest experience touchpoints and back-of-house operations.
