CANCELLATION OF MEETING – ROOMS Percentages to be applied to the cancelled meeting rooms: • Up to 45 days before arrival: 20% penalty • Between 44 and 30 days before arrival: 60% penalty • Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 80% penalty • Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% penalty CANCELLATION OR REDUCTION OF F&B SERVICES Percentages to be applied to the total billing of F&B services: • Up to 45 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge up to 30% • Between 44 and 13 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge up to 15% • Less than 12 days before arrival: 100% charge will apply to any cancellation or reduction in services and/or guests. A 100% charge will apply to the cancellation of diners exceeding the percentages mentioned above. Cancellation percentages are cumulative, and in no case can they exceed 30% of the total contracted F&B services.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS Percentages to be applied to the total contracted services: • Upon reservation confirmation, a deposit of 20% will be required. • 45 days before arrival, a deposit of 40% will be required. • 30 days before arrival, a deposit of 20% will be required. • 10 days before arrival, the remaining balance must be paid, ensuring the total amount of contracted services is settled before the group's arrival.
