Host Your Event — Your Caterer, Your Customs The Sheraton University City Philadelphia is now offering expanded options for clients interested in hosting events that require outside catering based on religious or cultural dietary needs. Per person pricing is based on the meal period looking to be served, ranging from $18 to $30 per person plus tax and service charge PRICE PER PERSON INCLUDES: • Set up and breakdown of meal space • Hotel Service Staff • Guest tables and chairs, buffet tables, etc. • Table Linen and Napkins (Navy and white) • Plates, utensils, chafing dishes REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACT: • Outside caterer must be approved by the hotel and established at time of contract. • Final catering quote with dishes to be served, quantity, hot/cold plus delivery times must be provided to the hotel no less than 3 weeks before event date • All outside alcohol is prohibited • Certificate of liability of insurance from catering provider, naming hotel
