Rise Uptown is a 79-room boutique hotel designed to celebrate Arizona’s endless sunshine and vibrant style. We have one king bed per 79 rooms on the property with no pull out or cot options. Guests can enjoy a shaded pool with plenty of lounging space, a lively poolside bar at Lylo Swim Club, and stunning city views from Don Woods’ Say When, our rooftop cocktail lounge. The hotel also offers a playful popsicle stand and a cozy hometown coffee shop, making it the perfect blend of fun and sophistication. For meetings and gatherings, we offer access to shared meeting spaces next door at The Newton. The first, The Meeting Room, accommodates up to 30 guests in a flexible setup, while Meeting Room North offers a conference-style layout for up to 15 guests. Both spaces are equipped with two HDMI cords and Apple TV capabilities for seamless AV integration. If you are planning something more social, Lylo Swim Club and Don Woods’ Say When can also serve as unforgettable event spaces within the hotel, perfect for networking receptions, private parties, or casual get-togethers under the Arizona sun.
