Please note that Element 52 does not have formal meeting space. Most guests use the expansive living room in their unit for informal gatherings.
Condizioni annullamento
A 2-night deposit is due at time of booking with the remainder of room and tax due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
