If the group cancels the Agreement, the group will provide a written notice to the Hotel, accompanied (except in the case of a Force Majeure) by payment of the amounts indicated below: - 6 months or more prior to the arrival date: 100% free cancellation; - Between 6 and 3 months prior to the arrival date: 70% free cancellation; - Between 3 and 1 month(s) prior to the arrival date: 40% free cancellation; - Between 1 month and 14 days prior to the arrival date: 15% free cancellation; - Within 14 days prior to the arrival date: 0% free cancellation. Cancellation fees are subject to applicable governmental and local taxes. Cancellation must be received no later than the schedule mentioned above.
