Chi siamo

Il nostro Hotel Unterwirt è stato recentemente ricostruito e riaperto nel luglio 2006. L'Unterwirt è il punto d'incontro nella piazza principale di Velturno da 150 anni e 5 generazioni si prendono cura dei propri ospiti e lo fanno ancora con dedizione e cura personale. Durante la riorganizzazione abbiamo prestato molta attenzione alle particolarità e ai dettagli dell'ambiente circostante, come le tradizionali castagne e il comfort delle fattorie locali. Oggi offriamo una spaziosa area benessere Castaneda, confortevoli camere e suite in legno della Valle Isarco, piatti deliziosi e un programma attivo che vi dà la possibilità di vivere le montagne pittoresche dal loro lato più bello.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
