The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. This downtown hotel boasts five levels of guestroom floors, secure garaged parking, mezzanine level and a spacious and expansive lobby. The hotel has 165 guestrooms including 4 Executive King rooms with conference space and separate living areas. All guest rooms offer views of downtown West Palm Beach, easy access to shopping and dining at Rosemary Square, the Downtown Business District, or the walking paths along the West Palm Intracoastal Waterway.
