La Cana Golf Club is a 27 holes golf course consisting of three nines; Tortuga, Hacienda and Arrecife. This Punta Cana golf course features 14 holes with ocean views of the crystal blue Caribbean Sea. Designed by P.B. Dye, this course has become a favorite of golfers from all over the world, and keeping in line with Puntacana Resort & Club’s efforts to be as environmentally friendly as possible, La Cana Golf Club was the first course in the Caribbean to use paspalum, a grass seed that can be watered using sea water. Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park & Reserve

The Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park & Reserve consists of 1,500 acres of land donated by Grupo Puntacana to the Fundación Grupo Puntacana as a private nature reserve for educational, scientific and recreational purposes. The Ecological Reserve is categorized as a transitional subtropical forest because it contains a mix of flora and fauna from both humid and dry habitats. The reserve has more than 500 species of plants, 36% of which are endemic to the Dominican Republic.
The Reserve was named the Indigenous Eyes since the land was originally inhabited by the Taino Indians, the first inhabitants of the island. Within the reserve are 12 freshwater lagoons formed by Yauya, an underground river that breaks the surface due to the geological features of the region. Each of the lagoons have been named using Taino words.

Puntacana Village is just a two-minute drive from the Punta Cana International Airport, a few kilometers from the Puntacana Resort & Club and a short distance from the access road to the Coral Highway. It covers an area of 3.4 million square meters and is currently home to 750 families, or approximately 2,500 people. The community consists mainly of tourism sector executives, business entrepreneurs, property developers and young families wishing to provide their children with a better quality of life, in a family atmosphere and with respect for nature. The Village is divided into four phases, each with its particular features, ranging from single-family villas, clusters of townhouses with a children’s play areas, baseball and soccer fields, gym, swimming pool, residential buildings, and clusters of single-family villas. It also includes an area earmarked for professional buildings, including the country’s main banks, law firm offices, and tour operators.
