Facility Restrictions
Smoking is prohibited indoor, there are specific areas provided for smoking. Smoking indoor may results in penalty fee at IDR 1,500,000 net. No Explosive or flammable materials. No Items with offensive odors (ex. Durian) All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID (Passport or KTP) at check-in. Access to guest room floors is restricted to registered guests via key-card-controlled elevators.
Cancellation Policy
Any amendment on the meeting arrangement should be advised 3 (three) days prior to the date of event. Meeting arrangement refers only to meeting room set up. Cancellation or revision 2 days before the event will be charged of 50% from the total package price. Cancellation or revision on the day of the event will be fully charged. Corkage fee applies for outside food and beverage. Additional consumption will be chargeable on the day of events.
Additional details
Company with approved credit limit should provide Guarantee Letter the latest by 2 days prior to event date. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking and shall be guaranteed with a 50% deposit payment the latest by 3 days prior to event date. Deposit payment at 50% of total package price is required by the latest 1 (one) week prior to the date of event, by indicating the payment slip to Oakwood’s account and the guarantee letter. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made after the payment. The settlement of balance must be made on the day of the event. Company with approved credit limit should provide Guarantee Letter the latest by 2 days prior to event date. Advance payment by Bank Transfer to guarantee the booking. For credit card payments, please be advised that we convert the US Dollar room rate into local currency (IDR) using the current room conversion rate. For companies with approved credit line, we require a letter of authority stating the limitation of charges that will be billed to your company prior to event date.
