About us
The beautiful main building of the University of Gothenburg in Vasaparken, dates from 1907, and has been declared a historic building by the National Heritage Board. One of its functions today is to house public events under the auspices of the University. The University Assembly Hall, with its splendid murals by Nils Asplund, seats 300, with an additional 150 seats in the gallery. The suite "N:o 10" on the second floor is excellently suited for seminars, meetings and functions with up to 100 participants.
