The Museum of Central Finland situated in Jyvaskyla, specializes in cultural history. It serves both as the town museum of Jyvaeskylae and the provincial museum of Central Finland. The museum has exhibition space on four floors, lecture rooms and a desk for publications on sale. The facilities also include a well-appointed auditorium, a lecture room in the old part, and a cafeteria, which can all be rented for courses, meetings and other similar purposes.
Museum Building is open from Tuesday to Sunday 11 am.-6 pm. Changes in opening hours are possible.
