Gius La Residenza located near to the historic village of Kaltern offers stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and Lake Kalterer, which is South Tyrol’s warmest lake. The hotel is an ideal base for those who would like to sample fine food and good wine on the South Tyrol Weinstrasse. It is also great for outdoor activities such as Nordic Walking, Mountain Biking, Sailing, Surfing and Golfing. Our 9 exclusive Studio Suites from 70sq m to 150sq m, all have a private garden or terrace and are furnished with high quality designer furniture.
