At Hyatt Cartagena, we focus on the well-being and satisfaction of our guests, aiming to offer more comfortable, modern, and sophisticated spaces with each visit. For this reason, our space renovation project has become a cornerstone in line with our mission. Enjoy an exquisite breakfast in the comfort of our newly remodeled Kokau Restaurant, located on the 11th floor, and the exclusive services and benefits of the Regency Club located on the 30th floor. Additionally, we want to inform you that from August 2024 through 2025, a decorative screen will be installed on the bay side, without affecting access to the pool. From January 16, 2025, to September 1, 2025, a renovation project will be underway on our 12th floor. Partial and total closures will occur in the area of the 12th floor, where one of the hotel's 3 pools is located, leaving the other 2 pools on the 12A and 14 floors available for your comfort. From November 1, 2024, to September 1, 2025, the hotel lobby will be relocated to the ground floor (floor 0).
