Cancellation Terms – Events (Meeting Rooms, Packages, Events) The free cancellation allowance depends on the number of participants or booked overnight stays (room nights). The following deadlines apply only to written cancellations. Contracts with 0–50 overnight stays / participants: • Up to 50 days before the event: 100% reduction free of charge • Up to 30 days before the event: 25% reduction free of charge • Up to 14 days before the event: 10% reduction free of charge For reductions beyond these limits or after these deadlines: - 6–49 days before the event: 10% free of charge, 90% will be charged - 0–5 days before the event or in case of no-show: 100% will be charged Contracts with 51–150 overnight stays / participants: • Up to 100 days before the event: 100% reduction free of charge • Up to 60 days before the event: 25% reduction free of charge • Up to 30 days before the event: 10% reduction free of charge For reductions beyond these limits or after these deadlines: - 6–99 days before the event: 10% free of charge, 90% will be charged - 0–5 days before the event or in case of no-show: 100% will be charged Contracts with 151 or more overnight stays / participants: • Up to 150 days before the event: 100% reduction free of charge • Up to 100 days before the event: 25% reduction free of charge • Up to 50 days before the event: 10% reduction free of charge For reductions beyond these limits or after these deadlines: - 6–149 days before the event: 10% free of charge, 90% will be charged - 0–5 days before the event or in case of no-show: 100% will be charged
