The 4 Star Hotel, with the recent renovation, has changed its “look”, enriched with decorations of stones from Lecce, that give a more refined touch to the property. Not to mention the opportunity to enjoy a delicious dinner with traditional dishes and flavors of Salento, in the Sala del Camino, our intimate and friendly restaurant. And end with the possibility of a bitter drink, a digestive or a simple herbal tea under the porch enjoying a wonderful view of the park, waited on hand and foot by our well stocked Wine Bar. It offers an high-level creative cuisine without renouncing to the genuineness of the small details, through the professionality of the Chef and his brigade. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
