About us

Baan Laanta is a Thai owned and run, traditional and elegant, Thai-style resort, located in the south of Ko Lanta in Kantiang Bay. Kantiang Bay is a little-known, beach-lovers haven where you can truly relax and soak up the sunshine and beach-life of an island paradise. Experience the magic of Kantiang Bay, on the west coast of Lanta Island - where you can find your own little piece of paradise. We invite you to come and share the dream with us. Our 15 luxury bungalows feature all the elegance of Thai tradition and culture and nestle within an acre of lush landscaped gardens. All our bungalows are en-suite and embody the charm and elegance of classical Thai interiors.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
