Ballroom

The Ballroom captures the passion for Kyoto’s seasons, culture and heritage, allowing for a truly timeless event. Walls are adorned with locally sourced tapestries and artwork that show the natural beauty of Kyoto, while the traditional tea house concept inspires the space’s furnishings. The Ballroom can host a reception of up to 360 guests, but for more intimate events, it can be divided into Ballroom 1 and Ballroom 2. The ballroom foyer expands the option for guests to enjoy and relax on occasion of cocktail reception or the coffee break in between the meetings.
