Combining the cosmopolitan conveniences of a big city with the easy approachability of a small Southern town, Lexington offers one-of-a-kind experiences for meeting attendees. We treat our visitors as guests, and your attendees can expect unparalleled Southern hospitality at every touchpoint. Known around the globe as “The Horse Capital of the World,” Lexington is home to world-renowned horse farms, the historic Keeneland Race Course and the famous 1,200-acre Kentucky Horse Park. Nowhere else can you get an insider’s look into the lives and careers of the world’s most iconic Thoroughbred race horses. The best part? Most of these attractions are located just minutes from downtown, so your guests can experience Horse Country firsthand and be back in time for dinner. The Distillery District

5 minutes away
This 25-acre property was home to the historic James E. Pepper Distillery, which began making bourbon in 1879. However, in 1958 the site was abandoned completely, untouched for nearly 50 years. Fortunately, in 2008 local entrepreneurs teamed up to bring this area back to its former glory and they did not disappoint. Since then, this revitalized piece of Lexington history has become a lively downtown destination. Today, you’ll find two working bourbon distilleries on the historic site, which serves as an anchor for the up-and-coming neighborhood. Plus, the easily walkable area combined with its diverse food and drink offerings makes the Distillery District one of Lexington’s most exciting hotspots.
