About us
Ravenshill was built in 1874 as the home of the Factor of the Estate of Lockerbie. There is a large garden with lawns and mature trees. It has been converted to a hotel retaining many of the traditional features but with all modern comforts. We are situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of the village 5 minutes walk west of the town centre. We have eight individual bedrooms all of which have double or twin beds, most with views of our garden and the surrounding countryside. Our Dining room can seat up to 40 for a formal meal with the conservatory extention seating 25 on its own. It is equally suitable for a large or small group as it can be divided into three separate rooms making it ideal for a private party for smaller groups. It is the most popular choice of venue for weddings.
